We specialise in the acquisition and sales of a wide range of properties in Hungary. In addition to regular acquisition, sales and mediation in residential homes, holiday homes and plots for both private and business clients, we are also active intermediaries for commercial properties, agricultural land and agricultural holdings.
For commercial properties we hold a continuous portfolio of various objects, including (underground) car parks, supermarkets, offices and industrial premises. These objects offer favourable returns for both private and institutional investors. The investments made in this property sector are indexed and mostly concluded on the basis of long-term lease contracts that often include a corporate guarantee. We acquire these objects from for instance international multinationals that make a conscious decision for a sale-and-lease-back construction.
